BANDOLAND is a living society simulator set in an isometric world that never truly pauses. Every citizen has a name, personality, trade, memories, friendships—and a will of their own. You don't issue orders; you govern conditions. You ensure food, shelter, tools, and research. They decide everything else.

They work, chat, learn trades, get fed up with the wrong job, protest in the square, make friends, hunt when the pantry runs low, age, and die. Each death opens a chapter in the community's history. Each fresh start preserves the ruins of what came before.
